Stuffed Rice Balls

Into a large bowl, add the cooked rice, the egg, the mozzarella cheese, the sausage, the baking powder, the salt, the black pepper, the corn starch and the chopped parsley. Mix it all together very well with your hands until combined, pressing well.Get some of this mixture and shape it into a cup in your hands. Press down on the center of the mixture to make room for the mozzarella dice.Add the mozzarella dice, close the snack, pressing down on it to remove all the air bubbles, then roll it into a ball.Repeat this process with all the mixture.Put two eggs in a bowl and whisk them. Dip the balls in the beaten eggs, then coat them in the breadcrumbs to bread them well.Repeat this process with all the balls.To fry them, add oil into a pan and place a toothpick in it. Turn on the heat, and when bubbles start to form around the toothpick, that means it's on frying point.Don't fry more than 3 balls at a time in the pan.Serve.

  • 1 ½ Cups of Cooked Rice (245g)
  • 1 Egg
  • 150g of Grated Mozzarella
  • ½ Cup of Smoked Sausage (70g)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1 Level Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Level Teaspoon of Black Pepper
  • 5 Tablespoons of Corn Starch
  • 1 Tablespoon of Chopped Parsley

  • Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
