In a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, add the Tuscan sausages and let them fry until golden brown.
Transfer them to a baking dish and set aside.
In a food processor, add the yellow pepper chopped into strips, the red chili pepper chopped into round slices, the onion, coarsely chopped, the garlic cloves, parsley to taste and the olive oil, process all these ingredients well until combined.
Transfer half of this mixture to the baking dish with the sausages, just like shown in the video.
Make a superficial slit on each sausage and fill it with 1 strip of mozzarella cheese.
Add the rest of the pepper mixture and set aside.
Next, in a saucepan, add the cauliflower florets and the potato chopped into cubes, fill the saucepan with water until all the ingredients have been fully covered, add the salt, turn on the heat at medium power and let it all cook for 15 minutes.
After this indicated time, drain all the water and add the unsalted butter, the table cream, the Brazilian cream cheese, the milk, one pinch of salt, and mix very well until the butter has fully melted.
After that, using a hand mixer, beat all the ingredients in the saucepan until they have combined, and a smooth cream has formed.
Now, pour this creamy sauce all over the dish filled with the sausages.
Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese all over it.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve.
