Cheese-Stuffed Conchiglione

Start by placing the Conchiglione pasta into a pot filled with the boiling water and let it cook for 10 minutes.After this time has passed, drain all the water from the pasta and flip each pasta shell over.Place the pasta into a muffin tin and set aside.In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the grated parmesan cheese, the grated mozzarella, the oregano and mix everything very well until combined.Now, fill each pasta shell we placed in the muffin tin with one tablespoon of the mixture we prepared.Next, to continue filling, in each shell place 3 slices of smoked sausage.Add one teaspoon of tomato sauce to each one and grated mozzarella cheese to taste.Take to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 20 minutes.Serve.

  • 200g of Conchiglione Pasta (Pasta Shells) 
  • 300g of Cream Cheese
  • 100g of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 150g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
  • 150g of Smoked Sausage
  • 100g of Tomato Sauce
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese to Taste

Place the pasta into a muffin tin and set aside. 

In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the grated parmesan cheese, the grated mozzarella, the oregano and mix everything very well until combined.

Next, to continue filling, in each shell place 3 slices of smoked sausage.

Add one teaspoon of tomato sauce to each one and grated mozzarella cheese to taste.
