Cut the slices of bacon into small strips and set aside.
Finely chop the chives and grate the mozzarella cheese.
Once you’ve done that, transfer the bacon strips to a skillet, add the sweet corn and stir-fry until golden brown.
To a bowl, transfer the chopped chives, all the bacon and corn, add the eggs, the oat flakes and the table cream, mix all the ingredients very well.
Transfer all this mixture to a small ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella all over it.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve.
