Start by cutting the broccoli florets into smaller pieces, removing the whole stalk.
Do the same thing with the cauliflower.
In a skillet, add one drizzle of oil and add the onion chopped into small cubes, sauté until slightly golden brown.
After that, turn off the heat and set aside.
In a bowl, add the eggs, the salt and the black pepper, mix very well.
Add the milk and the wheat flour, mix well until combined.
Once you’ve done that, in a baking dish, add the chopped broccoli, the chopped cauliflower, the red bell pepper chopped into strips, the tomatoes chopped into smaller pieces, and the sauteed onion.
Pour in all the egg sauce and add the cheese chopped into strips.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
