In a large saucepan, add the milk, turn the heat to medium and let it heat until it boils.
In a small bowl, add the eggs.
Now, take 1 cup of boiled milk, add it to the eggs and whisk everything very well with a fork continuously until combined.
Transfer this mixture to a medium bowl, add the vanilla essence, the honey and whisk well for 5 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough water until it covers the bottom.
Add the mixture we prepared in the bowl.
Cover the skillet and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and set aside until it reaches room temperature.
Finish with honey to taste.
