¼ of a Medium Cabbage
100g of Mozzarella Cheese
5 Slices of Ham
1 Tablespoon of Unsalted Butter or Margarine
4 Slices of Bread Loaf
Mustard to Taste
Ketchup to Taste
Chop the cabbage into thin strips and set aside.
Then grate the mozzarella cheese using the smaller holes in the grater.
Chop the ham into very thin strips.
Into a skillet, add the butter and stir until melted.
Add the slices of bread loaf and let them fry them until brown.
Into a bowl, add the eggs and whisk well, then add the cabbage we chopped and mix well.
Now into a skillet, add some butter and let it melt. Once you’ve done that, add the cabbage-egg mixture split into 2 portions.
On top of the mixtures, add the grated mozzarella, the chopped ham and let them fry for 1 minute. After this indicated time, flip and let them fry for another minute.
Once you’ve done that, turn off the heat and flip once more.
Add mustard and ketchup to taste.
Place the omelets over the toasted slices, making sandwiches.
