Start by cutting the pork meat into dices.
Transfer all the meat to a bowl, season with salt, the oregano, the black pepper, the minced garlic cloves and the lime juice, mix well and set aside.
Into a saucepan, add a drizzle of oil and the sugar, stir until caramelized, add all the meat and stir well until golden brown.
Add the water and cover the saucepan, let it all cook until the water has fully evaporated.
After this indicated time, add the red pepper chopped into dices, the red onion chopped into dices, chives to taste, the green pepper chopped into dices and the minced garlic cloves, stir-fry well for 3 minutes.
After that, add the prewashed rice and the sweet paprika, stir-fry for a few more minutes.
Finally, add 600ml of water, the bay leaves and 1 teaspoon of salt, stir well and let it all cook until the water dries up almost completely.
After that, remove the bay leaves, put all the rice together in the center of the saucepan and let it all cook for another 20 minutes.
Serve.
