Double Chocolate Dessert

In a saucepan, add the milk and the cornstarch, mix well.Add the table cream and the condensed milk, turn on the heat and stir until a cream forms.After that, split this cream into 2 equal portions.To one of the portions, add the cocoa powder and the milk chocolate, mix until combined and set aside.To the other portion of the cream, add the white chocolate and mix until melted.Now, to a nice glass dish, transfer half of the white cream and spread well.Add all the milk chocolate cream over it.Add the rest of the white cream and spread until flat.Garnish with white chocolate truffles and cherries in syrup, to taste.Take to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.After this indicated time, sprinkle milk powder all over it.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 1 Liter of Milk at Room Temperature 
  • 5 Tablespoons of Cornstarch
  • 2 Packs of Table Cream (200g Each) 
  • 2 Packs of Condensed Milk (395g each) 
  • 3 Tablespoons of Sifted Chocolate Powder 50% Cocoa
  • 1 Milk Chocolate Bar (80g) 
  • 100g of White Chocolate 
  • White Chocolate Truffles to Taste 
  • Cherries in Syrup to Taste 
  • Milk Powder for Sprinkling

Modo de Fazer

Add the table cream and the condensed milk, turn on the heat and stir until a cream forms.

After that, split this cream into 2 equal portions.
