Deep Fried Bananas

Start by peeling the bananas and cut them in half, then cut off the tips.Now into a small bowl, add the egg and the corn starch, mix until combined.Then put the wheat flour in a bowl, the eggs in another bowl and the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.Get a banana, coat it in the wheat flour, then dip it in the eggs and finally coat it in the breadcrumbs, breading it well.Repeat this process with all the bananas.Now, put the oil in a skillet. Once the oil is hot enough, add the bananas, one by one, and fry each side for 2 minutes, over medium heat.After this indicated time, remove them from the hot oil and drain them on a plate lined with paper towels.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 5 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon of Corn Starch
  • 1 Cup of Wheat Flour (200ml Cup)
  • 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Liter of Oil
