In a sandwich maker, start by adding the tapioca starch and spread evenly until flat.
Close the sandwich maker, turn it on and toast for 2 minutes.
Once the tapioca dough has cooked through, open the sandwich maker and fill the tapioca with Brazilian cream cheese, spread well.
Add the ham and the cheese, fold the tapioca dough in half, close the sandwich maker and toast for another minute.
Serve.
