Start by cutting the red pepper into strips and finely chop the chives.
In a bowl, add the eggs and the salt, mix very well until combined and set aside.
In a skillet, add the butter and stir until melted, add the potatoes cut into fries and stir. Let them fry for 3 minutes.
Then add all the pepper strips, the almonds, stir and let it all fry for another 3 minutes.
Add the chives, the beaten eggs and one pinch of salt, cover the skillet and let it all cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
Serve.
