
Start by cutting the ripe apples without the cores into strips then into cubes.
In a mixer, add the cooked rice, the apples we cut and blend everything very well until the apples are completely dissolved.
Add the eggs, the dry yeast powder and blend again to combine everything.
Next, transfer this mixture to a large bowl.
Add the wheat flour and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Cover the bowl and let the dough ferment for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed and the dough has fermented, grease 4 cupcake molds with vegetable oil.
Then, using a spoon, add the dough we prepared into the molds and transfer these molds to a steamer.
To decorate, add pumpkin seeds and candied cherries to taste.
Cover the steamer and let everything cook for 20 minutes.
Serve.
