Start by cutting off all the corn from the previously cleaned cobs and transfer ¼ of all the corn to the blender, add the oil and blend very well until combined.
After that, add the rest of the corn and blend well again.
Now transfer all the mixture to a bowl and add the sugar, mix well.
Once you’ve done that, add the grated coconut and the salt, mix well again.
Transfer all the batter to a baking tin greased with margarine and refined sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
Unmold and serve.
