Into a blender, add the warm milk, the eggs, the sugar, the salt, the dry yeast, the butter and blend well until combined. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and gradually add the wheat flour, always mixing well. Finally, mix for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Grease a baking tin with butter and flour and pour in the dough. If necessary, add a drizzle of oil to the dough to prevent it from sticking to the spatula. Spread evenly and let the dough rest until doubled in size.
Brush the dough with egg and milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 40 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
