Ganache
In a large bowl, break the milk biscuits and set them aside.
Now, in a saucepan filled with boiling water, add the milk chocolate bars and let them melt for 30 seconds.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the butter, the sugar and mix until the butter is completely melted.
Then, add the melted chocolate and mix until smooth.
Add this creamy mixture to the crushed biscuits and mix to combine.
Transfer everything to a medium baking dish, spread it out evenly and set aside.
In a large saucepan, add the egg yolks, the sugar, the cornstarch and the milk.
Turn on the heat to medium-low and mix everything together very well until it thickens.
Next, divide the cream into 2 equal parts, placing it in two bowls.
Now, in one of them, add the cocoa powder and mix until combined.
In the baking dish with the biscuits, add the white cream and spread it out until an even layer is formed.
Then, cover the cream with milk biscuits, add the cocoa cream and spread it out evenly.
Take the dessert to the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
In a small bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate.
Place it in the microwave on high power and let it melt in 30 second intervals, always stirring in between until fully melted.
Then, add the heavy cream and mix until combined.
Add the ganache to the dessert and spread it out evenly.
Take the dessert back to the fridge and let it chill for another 10 minutes.
Serve.
