In a bowl, add the eggs, the beans, and using a whisk, beat everything together very well until combined.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix again until incorporated.
In a large baking tin, add the slices of bread, covering the whole bottom.
Pour the bean mixture we prepared earlier all over the bread and spread it evenly.
Next, add the shredded mozzarella cheese and the shredded cheddar cheese.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve.
