Chop the onion into strips and grate the carrot.
Add some oil or olive oil into a pan and add the onion and the carrot. Mix lightly, turn down the heat and cook for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the chicken into cubes, transfer them to the pan with the carrot and the onion, mix well until the chicken has slightly cooked, add the tomato paste and mix very well.
Add the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and the dried parsley, mix very well, cover the pan and let it all cook over low heat for 7 minutes.
Add 300g of pasta and the water, mix lightly, cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Serve.
