Start by making a shallow slit in the center of the hotdog sausages, lengthwise.
Then, fill it with cream cheese, filling the whole slit we made.
Now, put the sausages together in pairs, and wrap them in 3 slices of bacon.
Repeat this process with all the sausages.
Next, place them on top of the puff pastry sheet and cut this sheet into 4 equal parts, leaving some space on each side of the sausages.
Take one of these parts, cut each side of the pastry sheet into 6 strips and cover the sausages by braiding the pastry over them.
Repeat this process with all of them.
Transfer to a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper and brush a beaten egg over everything.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Finish by adding ketchup and mustard to taste.
Serve.
