Into a bowl, add the 2 eggs, the sugar, the salt, mix well with a mixer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the table cream and beat again for 2 to 3 minutes and set aside.
In another bowl, place the wheat flour and the baking powder, mix well.
Pass this flour mixture through a sieve, transferring it to the creamy mixture we've set aside. Slightly mix them together.
Add the oil and mix until combined, set aside.
Into another bowl, add the cottage cheese, 2 eggs, the vanilla essence and the sugar. Blend it all together very well with a hand mixer until combined.
Add the semolina flour and with a spatula, gently mix.
Into a 20cm cake mold greased with butter and flour, pour all the batter we've set aside.
With a spoon, gradually add the filling we've made, placing it right in the center of the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 40 to 50 minutes.
Unmold and let it cool down.
Serve
