Potato Roulade Filled with Ground Beef

Grate the peeled potatoes. As soon you've grated them, get a portion of this grated potatoes, squeeze out the water from them and transfer to a dry bowl.Into the bowl filled with potatoes, add the eggs, black pepper, salt, parsley to taste and the grated mozzarella cheese, mix very well until combined.Transfer this potato mixture to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread it out until flat.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 to 30 minutes.Meanwhile, into a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil or oil, add the onion and stir until golden, add the garlic and stir until golden.Add the ground beef, cook for 5 minutes. Add the red and green peppers, also add the tomato paste, salt, sweet paprika, black pepper and water, mix well and cook until the water dries up.Pour all this cooked meat over the baked potato mixture in the baking tray, spread well and roll it into a log shape.Do this with the help of the parchment paper that is under the mixture, you don't need to apply force.Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese to taste all over the roll, also add some red pepper dices and parsley, totally to taste.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.Serve.

  • 200g of Mozzarella Cheese

Ground Beef

  • 1 Drizzle of Olive Oil or Oil
  • ½ Chopped Onion
  • 2 Crushed Garlic Cloves 
  • 500g of Ground Beef
  • ½ Chopped Red Pepper
  • ½ Chopped Green Pepper
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons of Salt
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons of Sweet Paprika
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 200ml of Water
