Into a bowl, add the corn flour, the wheat flour, the baking powder and the salt, mix all the ingredients very well.
Add the oil and mix again, then knead it a bit by hand.
Gradually add the warm water and keep kneading by hand until a batter is formed.
Into a baking dish, add a drizzle of oil and spread it out evenly.
Put all the batter in this baking dish and press down on it with your fingertips to make it compact.
Then slice the batter into 8 parts, just like you’d slice a pizza.
Take to a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) and let it bake for 1 hour.
Serve.
