Bread with Sesame Seeds

In a large bowl, add the warm milk, the warm water, the sugar, the dry yeast powder and mix until the yeast fully dissolves.Add the vegetable oil and mix again.Next, add the sifted wheat flour and keep mixing.When you can no longer mix with the spoon, start kneading by hand until a smooth and uniform dough forms.Remove the dough from the bowl and spread vegetable oil all over the bottom of the bowl.Put the dough back in the bowl, cover it with plastic wrap or a tablecloth and let it rise for 40 minutes.After this time has passed, mix the dough gently.Transfer it to a floured countertop and stretch it into a circular shape, making sure it’s not too thick nor too thin.Flour the top of the dough, fold it in half, flour the top again and fold it once again.Next, transfer this dough to a round baking pan lined with parchment paper, unfold it and arrange in the pan until flat.Cover the dough and let it rest for another 20 minutes.After this indicated time has passed, brush one beaten egg all over the dough and using a glass, make round marks all over it.Add sesame seeds to taste.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.Serve.

  • 100ml of Vegetable Oil
  • 600g of Wheat Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • Sesame Seeds to Taste
