Start by slicing the chicken breast into thin cutlets, and season them with the crushed garlic cloves, with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and sweet paprika. Then rub these spices very well all over the cutlets.
After doing that, coat the cutlets in wheat flour. Beat the eggs and coat the cutlets in them, finally, coat the cutlets in breadcrumbs.
Repeat this process until you’ve used up all chicken cutlets.
Into a skillet, add enough oil to covers its whole bottom, and fry the breaded chicken cutlets for about 2 minutes on each side.
Transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels and let the excess oil drain off.
Now, into a glass baking dish, add ½ packet of tomato sauce and evenly spread it all over its bottom.
Add the fried chicken fillets and place a spoonful of sauce over each of them.
Top it with the slices of ham, add the rest of the sauce and finally, add the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
Top it with some parsley to taste.
Help yourself.
