Nutella and Banana Puff Pastry Dessert

Start by peeling four ripe bananas and trim the ends off these bananas.Add the hazelnut cream to the puff pastry and spread it wellIf you prefer, replace the hazelnut cream with dulce de leche.Next, place 2 bananas on each side of the pastry.Then, roll the bananas halfway up the pastry, in the shape of a cylinder.At this step, if your puff pastry is still too soft, place it in the freezer and let it chill for 15 minutes.After that, cut it into round slices, about 2 fingers thick.Transfer everything to a large baking sheet and brush beaten egg over the entire pastry.Add cinnamon powder to taste on top of each one.Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.To finish, sprinkle icing sugar to taste on top of everything.Serve.

  • 4 Tablespoons of Hazelnut Cream (100g)
  • 1 Egg
  • Cinnamon Powder to Taste
  • Icing Sugar to Taste

Add the hazelnut cream to the puff pastry and spread it well

If you prefer, replace the hazelnut cream with dulce de leche.
