Into a saucepan, add the oil or olive oil, sauté the onion until translucent, add the garlic and sauté as well.
Add the ground beef and season with black pepper, parsley or oregano, sweet paprika, mixed spices and salt, mix it all together very well, cover the pan and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, the tomato paste and the water, mix well and let it cook for about 5 minutes if you want a more consistent sauce.
Serve with side dishes.
