
Start by placing one sheet of phyllo pastry dough into each cup of a cupcake tray.
Add the melted butter, dividing it evenly among the cups.
After doing that, add the blueberry jam to 4 of these cups.
Next, add the lemon curd to each of the next 4 cups.
Now, for the last 4 cups, add the apricot jam to each.
On top of the apricot jam, place a walnut.
Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for about 20 minutes.
After this time has passed, to finish, place 3 blueberries on top of each cupcake with blueberry jam.
And on top of each lemon curd cupcake, finish by placing a blackberry.
Serve.
