In a pressure cooker, put the washed beans and 1 liter of water to cook them, let them cook for about 12 minutes.
Drain all the water and set the beans aside in a bowl.
Into a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil, add the diced bacon and fry until nicely golden. Set aside.
Then fry the diced sausage until golden and set aside.
Brown the onion with the garlic cloves, set aside.
In the same skillet, fry the beaten eggs, then add the beans, add salt to taste and black pepper. Add the bacon, the sausage and the onion, mix very well.
Add parsley, chives, cassava flour and mix well for about 10 minutes. Finally, add the kale and mix again until it dries slightly.
Serve.
