Place a slice of ham on top of a slice of cheese, making a total of 6 slices of ham and 7 slices of cheese piled up, then cut into 4 equal-sized pieces, shaped into squares.
Coat these squares in the wheat flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs and finally coat them in the breadcrumbs.
Bread them well and repeat this process with all squares.
Finally, fry both sides in hot oil and don't put them all at once in the skillet to prevent the oil from cooling down.
Serve.
