Start by adding the sifted whole wheat flour into a bowl, add the regular wheat flour, the salt and the baking powder, mix very well.
Gradually add the pure malt beer and keep mixing well.
One you’ve added all the beer, mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Grease a loaf tin with butter, use some paper towel to spread the butter and to remove excess.
Then sift some whole wheat flour over the tin, make sure to cover all edges.
Transfer all the batter to the tin and gently tap the tin against the table to remove all the air bubbles.
Sprinkle sesame seeds to taste over the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 40 minutes.
Serve.
