Sauce
Into a pan, start by adding the pasta and set it aside.
Into a bowl, add the ground beef and the medium onion chopped into dices, season with salt, sweet paprika, black pepper and oregano. Now mix very well until combined.
Add the wheat flour and mix again until combined.
Now get a chunk of meat and make a ball. Make a ball for each pasta nest you added to the pan. I’ve added 10.
After making the meatballs, place each one on top of each pasta nest and set aside.
Into a bowl, add the tomato paste and the hot water, mix very well until combined. Add the sweet paprika, the black pepper, the salt and the oil, mix very well until combined.
Spread the sauce over all the pasta.
Cover the pan and set over medium heat, let it cook for 10 minutes.
After this indicated time, add some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each meatball and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve.
