Start by cutting the baguettes into slices.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the butter and stir until it melts.
Add the slices of bread and fry them until both sides are golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the excess oil.
Now, cut the tomato into small cubes, the ham and the mozzarella into small squares.
In a medium bowl, add all the tomato, the ham, the mozzarella, parsley to taste and the mayonnaise.
Season everything with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything very well to combine.
In a baking tray lined with parchment paper, add the fried bread slices.
Add one tablespoon of the mixture we prepared on top of each slice.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve.
