Into a bowl, add the warm milk, the warm water, the dry yeast and the sugar, mix it all together very well.
Add the wheat flour and the salt, mix again very well. When you can no longer mix it with the spoon, use your hands. Mix until a dough is formed.
Add the olive oil and mix again until the dough reaches a smooth and uniform consistency.
Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
After this indicated time, remove the plastic wrap and take the dough out of the bowl.
Cut the dough into 6 equal-sized pieces and stretch one of these pieces into a 18cm circle shape.
Repeat this process with the other pieces.
Now, grease a skillet with unsalted butter or margarine and place the dough in it. Let it fry over medium-low heat until golden brown.
Flip the dough to fry the other side as well.
Once you’ve done that, transfer these breads to a plate and cover the plate with a dish cloth to make them even softer.
To finish it off, brush the breads with unsalted butter, sprinkle some chili flakes and parsley to taste
Serve.
