Orange and Watermelon Dessert

Start by cutting the oranges in half.Next, cut between the pulp and the peel of the orange and release all the pulp with the help of a spoon.Repeat this process with the other oranges and set aside.Add all the pulp into a large glass and using a mixer, blend everything very well until smooth.Then, strain all the blended pulp to extract only the orange juice and set aside.In a small bowl, add the gelatin mix, the hot water, the refined sugar and mix until the gelatin is completely dissolved.Add the orange juice we prepared and mix until combined.Next, place the orange peels we set aside into small cups to serve as holders.If you like, you can use other gelatin flavors, it’s entirely up to you.Next, pour the gelatin mixture we prepared into the peels, filling them completely.Place them all in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 2 hours.After this time has passed, the gelatin will have set firmly.To finish, add crushed peanuts to taste and cut the desserts in half.Serve.
