In a large saucepan filled with boiling water, add the pumpkin cut into cubes.
Let the pumpkin cook until it becomes soft.
Transfer all the pumpkin to a food processor, add the condensed milk, the cinnamon powder and blend everything very well until you get a smooth creamy mixture.
Next, transfer this cream to a saucepan, add the milk and mix very well.
Add the cornstarch and mix until the starch dissolves.
Turn on the heat to medium and cook until the cream thickens.
Transfer the cream to a baking dish and spread evenly until flat.
Add the crushed unsalted peanuts on top of the dessert and a drizzle of honey.
Take it to the fridge and leave it there for at least 4 hours.
Serve.
