
Start by adding the vanilla ice cream cones to a large skillet over medium heat with boiling water and stir everything very well until fully dissolved.
In another large skillet over medium to low heat, add the condensed milk, the milk chocolate and stir everything very well until the mixture starts to pull away from the bottom of the skillet.
Turn off the heat, add the heavy cream and stir everything again until smooth.
Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the sugar and mix until the eggs are fully dissolved.
Add the vegetable oil, the ice cream mixture we prepared, the wheat flour and mix again.
Next, add the baking powder and mix gently to incorporate.
Then, transfer all this batter to a 20cm-diameter baking pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Place it in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, finish with the fudge we prepared.
Serve.
