In a saucepan, add the milk and bring it to a boil.
When that happens, add the popcorn kernel and wait until all the kernels have popped.
Now, in a skillet, add the condensed milk, the chocolate powder, the light cream, mix, turn on the heat to medium-low and keep stirring until the mixture has thickened.
Once you’ve done that, add the unsalted butter and stir until combined.
Pour this chocolate sauce all over the popcorn and mix until incorporated.
Finish by sprinkling milk powder to taste all over the popcorn and serve.
