Into a bowl, start by adding the tomato paste and season with salt, black pepper, oregano, add the water and olive oil, mix very well until combined.
Now, into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add the mini pizza doughs. Add 1 tablespoon of the sauce we’ve made over each dough and spread it very well.
Now, for the topping, place 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese on top of each mini pizza.
Also add the mozzarella cheese, equally distributed between each mini pizza.
Add oregano to taste, then cut the sausage into round slices and place them over the cheese.
Add black or green olives to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
