Topping
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the water and let it heat up.
Add the butter at room temperature and stir everything very well until the butter melts completely.
Next, add the sifted wheat flour and stir everything very well until combined.
Now, transfer this dough to a table and let it cool a little.
Then knead it until it is smooth and even.
Then open it on the table and let it cool until it reaches room temperature.
When that happens, knead the dough a few more times.
Now roll it into a cylindrical shape and divide it into 8 equal parts.
Take each of these parts, shape them into a ball and roll each piece of dough out with a rolling pin.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the pieces of dough and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
Now, to assemble your snack, place a slice of fresh cheese on top of each slice of bread.
Also add a slice of tomato, one teaspoon of pesto sauce and salad leaves to taste.
Serve.
