Banana Lasagna

Start by slicing the bananas, slice each banana into 5 slices.Then into a skillet, add enough oil to cover its whole bottom and let it heat up. Once oil is hot enough, add the banana slices and fry each side for 2 minutes.After this indicated time, take these bananas out of the skillet and drain them on a plate lined with paper towels.Now into a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and add the onion chopped into dices, the green pepper chopped into dices, the crushed garlic cloves and the red pepper chopped into dices, mix very well.Season with the salt and the black pepper, mix again.Add the ground beef and mix well for about 10 minutes or until the water fully evaporates. After that, set aside.Into a small bowl, add the eggs, the salt and the black pepper, whisk it all together very well until combined and set aside.Then, into a large skillet, add the 5 slices of banana we’ve fried, add half of the ground beef and half of the whisked eggs.Make another layer with the rest of the banana slices, add the rest of the ground beef and the rest of the whisked eggs.Finally, add the grated mozzarella cheese and sprinkle some oregano to taste all over it.Cover the skillet and over low heat, let it all cook for 10 minutes.Serve.

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • ½ Medium Onion
  • ½ Green Pepper
  • 3 Garlic Cloves

  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 300g of Ground Beef
  • 150g of Mozzarella Cheese
  • Oregano to Taste

  • 2 Eggs
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
