Quick Zucchini Snack

Chop the zucchinis into small dices, transfer them to a bowl and add the eggs. Beat it all together very well with a hand mixer or in a blender until fully combined.Add the salt, the black pepper, the crushed garlic cloves and mix it all together very well.Finely chop some chives to taste. Add them to the zucchini mixture and mix well again.Add the wheat flour and mix, add the oil and mix again.Add some butter to a skillet and let it melt, spreading it very well all over the bottom.Turn the heat on medium and add 1 scoop of the zuchinni mixture into the skillet, in the shape of a small pancake. You can add more than one at a time, but make sure they don't stick together.Fry one of the sides. As soon as it starts releasing from the bottom of the skillet, with the help of a spatula, flip it and fry the other side as well, until golden.Take it out of the skillet and drain on paper towels.Serve.

Add the wheat flour and mix, add the oil and mix again. 

Add some butter to a skillet and let it melt, spreading it very well all over the bottom.
