In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the slices of bacon and let them fry until golden brown.
Remove the bacon slices and, in the same skillet, add the small beef hamburgers and let them fry until golden brown.
Next, remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
In another large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and spread it out well with the help of a brush.
Then add the cooked instant noodles, dividing them into four equal round-shaped portions.
Now, with the help of a spoon, flatten all these portions well and let them fry for 3 minutes.
After this time has passed, flip them all over.
Next, to start making the toppings, add 1 of the beef hamburgers we prepared to 2 of the noodle fritters.
Also add 1 slice of bacon and 25g of grated mozzarella cheese.
Cover the skillet and let it all fry for another 3 minutes.
After this time has passed, top each of the other 2 noodle fritters with one teaspoon of ketchup, 3 slices of cucumber, 1 slice of tomato and finish by adding mayonnaise to taste.
These toppings are entirely optional and to taste, feel free to skip any you don’t like.
Finally, assemble the 2 halves to create a sandwich.
Serve.
