White Sauce
To prepare the chicken, sauté the onion, add the garlic and sauté as well. Add the tomato and stir until slightly dry, pour the tomato sauce and the chicken previously cooked and shredded, mix it all together, add the corn, the peas, mix it all together and set aside.

Into a pan add the butter and over low heat, let it melt. Add the onion and sauté, add the garlic and sauté until both have browned, add the wheat flour and cook until thickened lightly, gradually add the milk, always stirring nonstop.
Add the nutmeg and salt to taste.
Mix nonstop until slightly thickened.
Assembly
Into a baking dish, add a thin layer of chicken and spread it out well.
Add all the pasta (previously cooked), add the rest of the chicken and spread.
Cover with all the sauce and top with the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some oregano to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) until the cheese has melted.
