Into a saucepan filled with boiling water, add the pasta and the salt, let it cook for 9 minutes.
After this indicated time, turn off the heat, set aside at least ½ cup of this cooking water and drain the rest.
Now into a skillet, add the olive oil, the sausage chopped into slices, the diced onion and mix very well.
Add the crushed garlic cloves, mix again.
Add the diced red bell pepper and the diced tomato, mix for 1 minute.
Season with black pepper and oregano, mix well.
Now add the pasta water we’ve set aside and the tomato sauce, mix well.
Then add all the cooked pasta.
Add the peas and the sweet corn, mix well and transfer to a serving dish.
Serve with parmesan cheese to taste.
