Bacon and Sausage Muffin Cups

In a six-cup muffin tin, start by adding 1 slice of bacon to each cup.Then, brush barbecue sauce all over the bacon.Now, cut a piece of smoked sausage into thick slices, add 1 slice to each cup and set aside.In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the mayonnaise and the grated cheddar cheese.Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, the oregano and mix to combine.Fill each cup with 1 teaspoon of this mixture and spread it out.Then, add 1 slice of jalapeño on top of each one.Take the muffin-tray to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.Serve.

  • 6 Slices of Bacon

  • 2 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 100g of Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Pinch of Oregano
  • 6 Slices of Jalapeño
