In a six-cup muffin tin, start by adding 1 slice of bacon to each cup.
Then, brush barbecue sauce all over the bacon.
Now, cut a piece of smoked sausage into thick slices, add 1 slice to each cup and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, the mayonnaise and the grated cheddar cheese.
Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, the oregano and mix to combine.
Fill each cup with 1 teaspoon of this mixture and spread it out.
Then, add 1 slice of jalapeño on top of each one.
Take the muffin-tray to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve.
