In a saucepan filled with boiling water, add the noodles and let them cook for 3 minutes.
After this indicated time, remove them from the heat, drain all the water and set aside.
In a bowl, add the eggs, one pinch of salt and one pinch of black pepper, whisk very well until combined and set aside.
Once you’ve done that, in a skillet, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted.
Add the garlic cloves chopped into small cubes and stir-fry until slightly golden brown.
Add the red and green chili peppers chopped into round slices, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the cooked noodles and stir until incorporated.
Once you’ve done that, move the noodles to one side of the skillet.
On the other side, pour in the egg mixture and stir until cooked, just like shown in the video.
Next, top the noodles with the scrambled eggs.
Now, add the shrimps, one pinch of salt and one pinch of black pepper, stir-fry them for 1 minute.
Stir all the ingredients until incorporated.
Add the soy sauce and stir one last time.
Finally, sprinkle chives to taste all over it.
Serve.
