In a large skillet over medium to low heat, begin by adding the water and let it heat up.
Add the ketchup and stir everything well until it dissolves completely.
Next, add the wheat flour and mix everything thoroughly until it becomes a smooth and uniform dough.
Remove it from the skillet and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, add the potatoes, the salt, the black pepper, the butter and mash everything very well with the help of a potato masher until it becomes a smooth puree.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese and mix until well combined.
