In a large bowl, add the natural yogurt, the eggs and mix until combined.
Add the wheat flour, the sugar, the baking powder, the salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix until combined.
Then, gradually add the water and keep mixing until you get a smooth and uniform mixture.
Add the ham cut into small cubes, green onions to taste, parsley to taste and mix until combined.
Transfer everything to a piping bag and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add portions of the mixture we prepared, shaping them into fritters, and let them fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Serve.
