In a bowl, put the mozzarella cheese, the table cream, the sweet manioc starch and the salt, mix it all together very well with a spoon.
When you can no longer mix with the spoon, set it aside and mix by hand.
Mix it all together very well, until a smooth and uniform dough is formed.
Then get a piece of dough and start rounding it into a ball by hand, repeat this process until you've used up all the dough.
In a large baking sheet, put a drizzle of oil and with a brush, grease the entire bottom of this baking sheet. Then transfer all the balls to the baking sheet, leaving a 3cm distance between each ball.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
