In a bowl, start by adding the well-chilled whipping cream, beat well until stiff peaks form.
Add the milk powder and beat very well again until incorporated.
Add the condensed milk and beat very well again.
Finally, add the colorless unflavored gelatin, previously hydrated according to package instructions.
Beat once again until combined.
After that, transfer all this creamy mixture to a 25cm diameter cake pan with removable bottom lined with plastic wrap.
Spread it well until flat.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
After this indicated time, unmold it on a nice serving plate and sprinkle milk powder to taste all over it.
Finally, top the dessert with strawberries to taste.
Serve.
